A leading restaurant group in Singapore seeks a Restaurant Manager for its premium steakhouse concept GUUM. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial and leadership skills along with extensive experience in Front of House operations, training junior staff, and managing restaurant inventories. Candidates should possess a good command of English, familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems, and MS Office. Applicants with wine knowledge (WSET 2 or higher) are preferred.
