What You’ll Be Doing

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a team that thrives on connection, detail, and genuine hospitality. You’ll balance leadership with creativity, ensuring every service runs smoothly while bringing your own touch to the Marcy’s experience.

You’ll guide a passionate, close-knit team through evenings filled with great food, good energy, and the occasional toast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team, building an environment of trust and growth
  • Grow the people and the business
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar leaders to refine offerings
  • Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, training and the teams performance
  • Maintain inventory, cost control to meet financial targets
  • Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Support marketing initiatives and special events that showcase Marcy’s spirit
