Join one of the most prestigious Japanese Sushi Omakase brands from Japan, opening its first overseas outlet. The restaurant features an 8-seat sushi counter and one exclusive private room, delivering a highly personalised and refined omakase experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, service excellence, and guest experience, working closely with the chef team to uphold the brand’s standards and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations for an intimate omakase setting
  • Lead, train, and manage the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Ensure seamless service flow at the sushi counter and private room
  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and personalised dining experiences
  • Maintain service standards, SOPs, and cleanliness at all times
  • Coordinate closely with chefs to ensure smooth service execution
  • Handle basic administrative duties, scheduling, and reporting
