Job Description
  • Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
  • Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house
  • Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
  • Supervise and train the team in accordance to the Baker & Cook DNA
  • Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
  • Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements
  • Passionate about service and people
  • Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in F&B – cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
  • Good team player and self-motivated
  • 6 days work week and able to work on weekends/public holidays
