Overview
  • Responsible for the smooth running of our restaurant such as opening and closing shift
  • Manage the outlet operation including sales, operating expenses and outlet profitability
  • Supervise, train and oversee front house crews
  • Ensure delivery of quality customer service
  • Ensure food quality and hygiene standard is maintained
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement in food products and services
  • Responsible for reimbursement of petty cash and submission to finance
  • Responsible for crew scheduling and labour cost control
  • Any other ac-hoc duties as and when required as general operational manager
Qualifications
