1. Oversee all front and back of the restaurant operations.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
3. Maintain quality control for all food served.
4. Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer experience.
5. Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
6. Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
7. Seek ways to reduce waste and decrease operational costs.
8. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
9. Have at least 3 years of similar post and experience.
10. Possess good teamwork and communication skills, and be willing to work long hours and night shifts.

Any other duties as required.
