Responsibilities
- Guide the Flow: Steer daily floor operations with precision. Connect the kitchen and dining teams to create seamless, timely service.
- Set the Standard: Be a visible presence on the floor. Lead by example in guest care, cleanliness, and maintaining our high-energy atmosphere.
