Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards

  • Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation

  • Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety regulations

  • Manage kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation, and inventory control

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations

  • Minimise food wastage and control kitchen costs

Requirements
