We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Chef to join our F&B operations in Singapore. The role requires strong culinary expertise, discipline in kitchen operations, and adherence to food safety standards.
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety regulations
Manage kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation, and inventory control
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations
Minimise food wastage and control kitchen costs
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant chef experience in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, disciplined, and reliable
Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage
Salary: SGD 5500 – 9500 (based on experience)
