Responsibilities

About the Team The overseas resource management team, based on Volcengine's overseas business demands, horizontally connects with various collaborative departments within Volcengine across functional teams. The team mainly responsible for the resource delivery, operation planning, platform construction, project guarantee & cooperation of Volcengine's overseas cloud foundation/database/server/storage/CPU products. What You Will Do

• Responsible for the Volcano Engine's overseas cloud products operation, such as cloud compute/database/server/storage/CPU products, participate in the resource planning of Volcano Engine's overseas large-scale infrastructure, and ensure that the relevant Product Operation and resource planning meet business needs.
• Participate in the revenue and cost management of the product, provide direction and data support for product optimization, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the product.
• Participate in the budget formulation and implementation follow-up of the product.

Combine the current online operation of the product and customer demands, output the overseas Public Cloud resource sales plan, and manage the online water level of the product.

• Participate in the construction of the overseas operation platform of the product.

Develop business norms and standardized business processes. Iimprove the efficiency of Product Operation;

• Participate in the operation of overseas Data center infrastructure resources.

Manage the demand and capacity, and ensure the delivery of business demands. At the same time, be responsible for formulating overseas Data center infrastructure operation optimization strategies, and continuously operate to improve the overall utilization rate of overseas Data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, electronic information, etc.

Priority will be given to those who have passed PMP and other project management certifications.

• More than 3 years of experience in Cloud Service Product Operation, with overseas Public Cloud/Hybrid Cloud/Hyperconverged background preferred.
• Have technical product operation experience, can independently write Technical Documentation, and those with developer community operation experience are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand the operation process of Cloud Service/Internet-related resources, be familiar with SOP, budget mechanism, demand forecasting mechanism, supply chain delivery capability/SLA, IDC leasing process, etc.
• Have certain project management experience (large-scale cross-country and cross-company project experience is preferred).
• Have good communication and teamwork awareness, be able to actively integrate cross-functional resources, and have strong execution ability.
