Overview

The Residential Manager oversees the daily operations of a strata-titled residential property, ensuring compliance with MCST by-laws, high service standards, and resident satisfaction. The role involves managing staff and vendors, maintaining facilities, and liaising with the MCST Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as main contact for residents and advise MCST Council on operational matters.
  • Supervise on-site staff and coordinate contractors for maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping.
  • Oversee maintenance of common areas, facilities, and equipment; plan preventive maintenance and improvement works.
  • Assist Council with budgeting, service charge collection, and financial record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with MCST by-laws, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Monitor daily operations, implement SOPs, and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Property/Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in MCST or residential property management.
  • Knowledge of MCST by-laws, building operations, and maintenance.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
