• Work under the direction of the appropriateQualified Person when carry out their supervision and fully responsible to theappropriate QP.
• To liaise and conduct inspection with theMain Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.
• To assist QP on all structural works carriedout according to approved drawings
• To monitor the progress and assist QP onstructural inspection on all Structural works according to the approveddrawings issued.
• To check and monitor the Structural andArchitectural works according to the contract drawings, specifications,approved shop drawings, and method of statements
• To provide wherever and whenever necessarystanding supervision for the construction of civil and structural works inaccordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings, and BuildingControl Act and Regulations.
• To be overall in charge of the managementand control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) inperforming their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactorysupervision and take responsibility for their work and performance.
• To oversee all aspects relating to theconstruction of the Project, keeping and submitting records of works,materials, and equipment at the site, attending meetings, keeping minutes ofmeetings and discussions, and assisting in the coordination of the Contractor’sworks with consultants and any external parties.
