The successful candidate will work with Dr Lu Yuyun on Microalgae biomass/protein processing and novel food development under a project on Alternative Protein funded by SFA.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Lab‑related experiments (e.g., mechanical and enzymatic treatments, fermentation, prototype samples formulation, interaction of proteins and flavour compounds)
• Analysis of collected data
• Progress report preparation
• Manuscripts preparation
• Provide mentorship
• Grant proposal writing

Qualifications
