DotBio is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Research Associate to be part of our dynamic next-generation antibody characterisation team. In this role, you will be involved in an innovative project, assessing the biological effects of our newly engineered multi-functional antibodies on cancer and immune cell functions using cell-based assays. You will be responsible for aseptic culture of various cancer cell lines and primary immune cells. You will characterise the newly generated antibodies using flow cytometry and binding assays. The insights gained will be crucial in understanding antibody mechanisms of action and shaping future clinical developments. You will be expected to record data diligently, perform data analysis, present at regular group meetings. You will be required to work interdependently as well as collaborate with the team members. Successful applicants can anticipate receiving mentorship in a collaborative setting, with a focus on expanding scientific knowledge and achieving personal career objectives.
