The Research Assistant will be required to conduct reinforcement fundamental for biomedical topics including but are not limited to:
This includes developing reinforcement learning to improve chemical and biomedical language model to enhance generalization and robustness of the model in designing and generating molecular sequences and structures. It will be in collaboration with machine learning experts in tokenization, agentic system, and biologists from cellular functional side. Due to the nature of the work, a solid chemistry background evidenced by undergraduate training is needed.
