Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting end-users and VIP / C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with AI/automation/scripting languages is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Wintel servers and Azure is required.
• Proficiency with Citrix and Microsoft 365 administration is necessary.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies is essential.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection and vulnerability management is needed.
• Good understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineer overseeing key systems for clients.
• Deliver high-touch support and guide clients’ IT roadmap.
• Perform onsite visits when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
