💗Relief Receptionist Pool

🔥We’re building a pool of Reliefreceptionists to support coverage needs for our client

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 day - 2 day cover)

Location: Haw Par Villa/Science Park area

Type: Freelance / Ad-hoc / Relief coverage (as and when needed)

Salary: $15-$19/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring professional front-desk service.
• Handle calls, appointments, and visitor registration.
• Manage mail, courier, and transport arrangements.
• Support Facilities team with documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and support event or meeting setups.

Who We’re Looking For

• Can commit long term/ 1 year as a relief receptionist to cover when current receptionist on leave/ MC!
• Someone with no fixed commitments, looking to support freelance and ad hoc basis
• Must be ready to cover when activated
• Training provided
