Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software release schedules and activities.
• Coordinate release content and effort based on service requests, change tickets, and third-party applications.
• Communicate release details and schedules to stakeholders.
• Ensure release processes and documentation are followed.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and post-implementation reviews.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus.
