Job description

As a Cash Collection Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed individual cash collection targets and call volume metrics. You will collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and share monthly and quarterly reports on debt recovery performance.To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills and proficiency in ERP tools.This is a full-time position with the benefit of Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.,
