• Complete beginners are welcome but must show commitment.

Posture Plus is a medical wellness brand which provides Specialized Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Pilates fitness services focusing on pain management and optimizing 3D spinal posture, functional fitness and well-being.

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic fitness professionals who wants to specialised in the area of rehabilitation and wellness. We are a leading Rehab Pilates studio in Singapore with it's own Rehab Teacher's Training Program that is recognised internationally by the National Pilates Certification Program(NPCP). We are expanding and looking for more fitness enthousiasts to join our team!

Selected candidates will have support and subsidy in our in‑house Rehab Pilates education and certification. For career developments, we offer unlimited opportunities to keep advancing your career, whether it is expanding your capability as an instructor, becoming a master trainer/educator or managing others to eventually owning your own studio.

Part‑time and full‑time jobs are also available for qualified instructors but one must be willing to take a bridging program to demostrate ability to work in the area of rehabilitation.

Requirements

• You are expected to be certified with Mat and Equipment certifications within 12 months. You must be able to dedicate at least 5 hours per day over 5 days at the studio with Pilates self‑practice in the goals to fulfil minimum of 450 hours to sit for the Pilates Teacher Training examination.
• You must be willing to work with the studio exclusively after you get certified. (Part‑time is also considered in case‑by‑case basis, such as housewives, retirees. But full‑time candidates are preferred)
• Complete beginners are welcome but you must have carefully thought about changing your career and is fully committed to become an amazing Rehab Pilates instructor.
