Job summary

A governmental regulatory body in Singapore is seeking a Legal Professional to join its Legal Division. The candidate will provide legal support for enforcement actions, offer legal advice across divisions, assist in law reform, and be involved in various projects. Strong communication and advocacy skills, coupled with a degree in Law and experience in prosecution or litigation, are essential. This role promotes the development of a trusted real estate agency industry.

Qualifications

  • Motivated, integrous, responsible and meticulous individual required.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in prosecution/litigation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct or assist in enforcement actions under the Estate Agents Act.
  • Provide clear legal advice on CEA's functions and regulatory framework.
  • Assist with law reform and legislative drafting.
