We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure the company’s adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements. This role acts as a compliance advisor to various departments, supporting them in meeting regulatory obligations while achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely guidance to business units.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while upholding strong ethical standards.
• Advise teams on meeting regulatory requirements during day-to-day operations.
• Partner with business units to identify and manage regulatory risks, including handling time‑sensitive incident reporting.
• Assess risks in business decisions, considering company reputation and stakeholder interests.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform compliance testing, continuous assurance reviews, and reporting.
• Conduct compliance and regulatory training.
• Manage regulatory requests and escalate significant compliance matters to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information security, economics, accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution.
