Regional Training Executive

About the Role

The Regional Education Executive is based in Singapore and is a part of Coty Travel Retail APAC Education team. This position supports the TR APAC Education team in ensuring training programs and initiatives are delivered seamlessly by driving logistics, administrative excellence, and digital platform management. This role is highly operational and requires strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support in liaising with internal and external training partners on training support matters related to end-to-end training logistics arrangement and coordination
  • Organize, maintain and update the Education library which includes content adaptation, managing translation workflow with vendors, and ensuring training resources are accessible, accurate and aligned
  • Oversee LMS: We Live Beauty E-learning APP and manage content from Global Education for timely mobile learning modules publishment as well as tracking and e-learning completion and adoption rate
  • Consolidate, analyse and compile monthly training and productivity reports
  • Provide logistical support for training sessions, seminars, and other education-related activities.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

ESSENTIAL:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,Retail or Hospitality Management or have1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented with strong problem solving capabilities
  • Possess strong Project Management Skills to coordinate and interact with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proven communication skills with all levels of management, both written and spoken.
