Minimum Qualifications

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the APAC Data Center Operations (DCOps) business, including regional business reviews, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, financial reporting, and executive‑level communications.
  • Partner with global teams to define and implement core functional pillars (e.g., business management, operational excellence, regional readiness) that serves as the operating system for APAC DCOps.
  • Lead regional efforts to simplify and standardize operations. Own the governance framework for managing regional exceptions to global standards, balancing speed with risk.
  • Drive the regional financial strategy, including Operational Expenditure/Capital Expenditure (OpEx/CapEx) governance and the annual budgeting process. Oversee the regional workforce plan, tracking headcount and organizational health.
  • Manage a high‑performing regional team of Program Managers to lead their respective strategic pillars and deliver regional results.
