The Company

Our client is a fast-growing award-winning AI tech company headquartered in Singapore, with strong presence in SEA region. With further business expansion plans, they are now hiring a Regional Senior Finance Manager in their Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial professional to play a key role with both FP&A and financial reporting exposure.

Your Role

Reporting to CEO directly, you will oversee the group accounting and reporting matters across the region in SEA markets, and review of the outsourced accounting and manage the in-house accounting team in Singapore. You will also be the key person working closely with tax and audit consultants. On top of which, you will be also involved in budgeting and forecasting and acting as a finance business partner for the senior stakeholders and drive business impact decisions.

Requirements

To be a successful candidate, you must be

• A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Chartered Accounting certification is highly preferred
• At least 10-12 years of finance accounting and reporting experience
• Prior Big 4 experience is highly preferred
• Candidate with relevant industry exposure in technology/service/fintech is highly preferred
• Regional exposure is a must
• Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.
