Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement day-to-day marketing activities in regional markets
  • Create and execute sales strategies tailored to each regional market to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Focus on boosting sales performance and achieving financial targets in the assigned regions.
  • Manage and expand existing international distribution channels by regularly reviewing and monitoring distributor performance to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging potential customers in various countries.
    Appoint, negotiate, and finalize business deals with channel partners, and perform market analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and interior designers to provide accurate and effective lighting specifications.
  • Forge and maintain lasting relationships with key clients to ensure long‑term business partnerships.
  • Report on regional sales performance and forecast quarterly and annual sales and profits.
  • Generate sales leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contract terms with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with product usage and resolving any issues.
  • Report on regional sales performance and forecast quarterly and annual sales and profits.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
  • Prefer Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration
  • Relevant experience as a Regional Sales Manager
  • Willing to travel for overseas business trips.
  • Motivated to work in challenging, fast‑paced and result‑driven environment
