Overview

A Snapshot of Your Day. We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our APAC Sales team. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge and experience of the Transformer market and be responsible for driving sales growth in their Vertical Industries of Infrastructure and Data Centers. A strong focus will be on building a healthy pipeline of opportunities that will lead to successfully achieving budget. Critical thinking is key, along with strong discernment, outstanding communication skills, and deep knowledge of market trends in the Infrastructure and Data Centre sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth for Distribution Transformers within the region.
  • Collaborate with the broader Siemens-Energy APAC Sales Team to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and strong business acumen in all sales activities, staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Engage with consultants and EPCs to identify future projects, build a healthy pipeline, and manage opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Participate in customer negotiations, manage bidding and pricing strategies, and conduct win/loss analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate agents in the region, set business goals, and provide support to achieve regional sales targets.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Deep knowledge and selling experience in the Infrastructure and Data Centre Industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a plan around achieving sales targets.
  • Strong critical thinking, business insight, and adaptability to market conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and build strong client relationships across the region.
