A leading international technology firm is seeking a dynamic Regional HR Manager (APAC) in Singapore to lead HR operations. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing the full HR lifecycle, and ensuring compliance across countries. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager (APAC) to lead and enhance human resource operations across multiple international locations. This is a strategic and hands‑on role for a seasoned HR professional with strong international exposure and the ability to drive HR initiatives in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.
Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan labour laws, as well as global HR standards.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
Partner with global HR stakeholders on international projects and transformation initiatives.
Advise leaders on talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the APAC region.
Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support strategic decision‑making.
Liaise with external partners including recruitment agencies, vendors, and government bodies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an international or regional role.
Strong working knowledge of Singapore, Hong Kong, or Japan employment laws.
Experience in a multinational or regional corporate environment is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead change, manage complexity, and influence at senior levels.
HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or IHRP will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
High proficiency in HR systems and IT tools
