Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment and onboarding, promote employee engagement, and ensure HR compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. This role involves supporting performance management and resolving employee concerns in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for assigned business units.
  • Promote employee engagement and support change management.
  • Coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support regional performance management and promotion cycles.
  • Assist with disciplinary cases and improvement plans.

Scope
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and onboarding for assigned business units.
Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement & Development: Promote employee engagement and support change management.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, giving advice and guidance.
  • Respond to HR inquiries and support workplace issues.
  • Resolve employee concerns and conflicts fairly.
  • Coordinate employee development programs.
  • Performance Management: Support regional performance management and promotion cycles.
  • Assist with disciplinary cases and improvement plans.
HR Services & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents.
  • Ensure HR initiatives follow company guidelines and local laws.
Regional Support
  • Support Regional Manager with HR strategies and projects.
  • Handle other ad hoc HR duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with at least 3–5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
  • Strong Knowledge of Singapore Labor Law and Employment Act is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
