Qualifications

• Min 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
• High degree of commitment and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit & ensure staff adhere to company's SOP.
• Maintain good relationship with the stall tenant.
• Review and feedback on servicing carried out by vendors.
• Conduct weekly check on cleanliness of the coffee shop.
• Manage coffee shops in a designated region.
• Conduct exit interview.
