We incorporate the integrated systems solutions and services of our DC and AC fields including HVDC substations, FACTS Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections and semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system such as renewables transmission distribution and e‑transportation solutions.
With the ongoing Energy Transition and the growing need of Power Electronics solutions to support the power system network for System Strength and enabling Renewables integration we seek a qualified and experienced salesperson as the Regional Capture Team Selling (CTS) Lead. This position involves close interactions with different stakeholders both internally and externally managing large and complex sales pursuits from business development towards tendering to contract finalization. He/She will need to set the winning sales strategy and lead a team of people from different functions within the business.
You have a passion for sustainable energy and energy transition, you are highly motivated with an outgoing personality and experienced with the ability to drive large and complex sales processes with clear and strategic manners.
This role supports Hub segment or Hub M&S manager in the drive for setting up & executing winning strategies for critical projects in wider Grid & Power Quality Systems business but with particular focus on emerging Power Electronic Pursuits. This role is critical in achieving the planned result and sales budget in the region and is part of the core grid Integration M&S leadership for the region. Responsible for leading capture teams for large and complex projects or integrated solution pursuits developing pre‑sales strategies as well as driving training plans and mentoring of other local capture teams and capture team leaders.
