Job Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth within the professional service sector. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within the professional service industry. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at professional service companies, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure. Track and report on sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, and proposals.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address the unique needs of clients. Ensure that proposals are aligned with the company's capabilities and pricing strategy.
  • Networking and Events: Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Leverage these platforms to promote the company's
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products or services to existing clients. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate cross-selling efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • 10 + years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the professional service industry would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of professional service and relevant industry, with strong connections in the Greater China / North Asia market preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to speak and write in mandarin fluently and professionally is required as the individual will in in charge of our North Asia clients not limited to Greater China, Taiwan, Hong Kong for assisting them in the clients requirements in aid to grow the business regionally.
