Regional Brand Communication Senior Executive
The Regional Brand Communication Senior Executive will support the development and execution of brand communication strategies across multiple markets in the APAC region. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and ensure consistency across marketing channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic regional marketing environment.

Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Brand Communication Support
- Assist in implementing brand strategies that align with business objectives and regional market needs.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, Public Relations, events, and retail touchpoints.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate regional brand campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
- Support the execution of regional product launches and brand activations.
- Support the team on budget administrative process if required.
Market Research & Insights
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support campaign planning.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact between regional headquarters and local market teams.
- Key markets to handle: Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong.
- Liaise with creative and media agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Provide monthly marketing bulletin to HQ and local management.
Brand Asset, Content & Design Support
- Assist in managing brand assets, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and markets.
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentation decks for internal and external meetings.
- Use basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) to assist with simple design tasks, such as social media visuals or presentation material.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Assist in preparing reports on brand performance, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or public relations (experience in consumer electronics, FMCG and creative agency is a plus).
- Sound understanding of the whole customer journey i.e. social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing coordination, end to end campaign execution and management, and/or working with agencies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with sound ability to interpret data as well as design professional and engaging presentation decks.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese due to frequent liaison with China HQ counterparts that are weak in English.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Open to regional travel (up to 10%).
- Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for simple marketing visuals.
