Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager for a maid agency to lead our sourcing and placement operations. You will be responsible for managing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building strong relationships with clients.

You should have your own pool of customers / candidates for matching and not rely solely on the company's existing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment of domestic helpers (sourcing, screening, selection, and placement).
  • Liaise with overseas training centers, agents, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and agency procedures.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates.
  • Match suitable helpers to client requirements and follow through on placements.
  • Manage a small recruitment team and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve placement issues professionally.
  • Administrative duties related to maid agency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the maid agency
  • Able to use basic computer applications
