The Role

This is a billing leadership position-ideal for a senior recruiter or team lead ready to step into a broader management role. You'll drive team performance, mentor consultants, and ensure we exceed client expectations every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants
  • Focus on individual billings
  • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent performance across the team
  • Support business development efforts, win new clients, and expand existing accounts
  • Implement recruitment best practices, tools, and processes
  • Report on pipeline activity, team metrics, and revenue performance
What You Bring
  • 3-5+ years of agency recruitment experience (at least 1 year in a team lead or billing manager role)
  • Proven billing track record and strong client management skills
  • Experience mentoring or managing consultants with varying levels of experience
  • Commercial mindset and ability to contribute to business development
  • Motivated, organized, and confident in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
