Achieve Group is seeking for a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the recruitment industry or a fresh graduate who is interested in the recruitment business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business, connecting clients with the right talent all while balancing client demands, market trends and candidate expectations while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Permanent and/or Temp & Contract recruitment space through cold calling, networking or referrals
2. Manage 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from business development, account management, candidate management
3. Maintain a talent pool with a pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously engage with passive candidates to keep them interested in future roles
4. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growt
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly
6. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction
7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business and other related business discipline(s)
2. Min 1 yr & above proven experience in business development, client management strategies within the recruitment agency industry
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
5. Fresh Graduates who showcase sales oriented mindset are welcome!
