• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Compensation: Basic Salary + Monthly Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus

• Candidates with more year o of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant role!

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients
• Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
• Handle the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates based on client requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• CEI certification is an added advantage
• Strong passion for recruitment and sales
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated with strong initiative.
