Recruitment Consultant – Employment (Maid) Agency

Company Overview

We are a licensed Employment Agency specializing in foreign domestic worker (FDW) placement and manpower recruitment. With a strong industry reputation and strict compliance with MOM regulations, we are expanding our team and invite experienced professionals to join us.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with prior experience in a maid/employment agency and valid CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) certification. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and placement activities and demonstrate a proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for foreign domestic workers
  • Source, screen, and match suitable candidates to employer requirements
  • Handle employer consultations, interviews, and placement coordination
  • Manage documentation and ensure compliance with MOM EA regulations
  • Liaise with overseas partners and local stakeholders
  • Achieve placement and service targets
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and client records
Requirements
  • Valid CEI (Intermediary) Certification
  • Previous experience in a maid/employment agency
  • Proven track record in FDW placements and employer servicing
  • Strong knowledge of MOM Employment Agency rules and processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
