Job Title : IT Recruiter cum Account Manager

Experience : 3 to 6 years

We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Recruiter who can independently manage the full 360° recruitment cycle. This includes end-to-end sourcing, screening, managing candidate relationships, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful fulfillment of client requirements. You will work closely with consultants and clients to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle (360°) IT recruitment, from sourcing to placement.
  • Source and build strong pipelines of IT professionals across various technologies and experience levels.
  • Use job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and proactive research to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screening, evaluating skills, experience, and role fit.
  • Engage and manage relationships with candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate salary packages and ensure alignment between candidate expectations and client budgets.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide interview preparation support, and ensure smooth communication between all parties.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver profiles that match hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates within the recruitment system/ATS.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of client positions while delivering high-quality service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter in Singapore, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Experience handling 360° recruitment responsibilities independently.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to attract high‑quality candidates.
  • Experience working closely with consultants or account managers on client mandates.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in salary discussions.
  • Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends in Singapore.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and strong in relationship management.
