The incumbent will greet our guests with passion, showcasing their strong knowledge of our recreational activities. You will be overseeing the recreational facilities, ensuring safety, and providing excelling service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at our recreational facilities, including pools, gym, and other leisure areas.
• Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with Resort policies.
• Provide information about available recreational activities, equipment, and services.
• Set up and maintain recreational equipment, ensuring all areas are clean and well-organized.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Organize and participate in recreational activities and events for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recreational management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
