Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Receptionist/Front Desk Concierge to welcome visitors and provide essential administrative support. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with customer service experience. You will manage calls and emails, coordinate appointments, and help maintain an organized front desk area. This is a one-year contract job with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, and suitable candidates should apply with an updated resume.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, booking appointments and coordinating meeting requirements
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception/Front Desk Concierge area
  • Liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Assist with other general office duties as required
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Concierge or in a customer service-oriented role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a concierge team
Working hours
  • 9.00am - 6.00pm, or 9.30am - 6.30pm (Monday-Friday)
  • 1 year contract (Renewable/ Convertible)
