Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Receptionist duties, handle walk-ins, calls, and emails; reply to email inquiries.
  2. Handle Home Maintenance Service (simple handyman work) - manage inquiries, admin paperwork, and compile statistics.
  3. Outreach to smaller flat types for Home Maintenance Service.
  4. Coordinate logistics - arranging tables and chairs for workshops and talks.
  5. Process all programme inquiries.
  6. Liaise with senior beneficiaries.
  7. Volunteer management.
  8. Compile statistics and prepare monthly programme reports.
  9. Write meeting minutes.
  10. Maintain premises cleanliness and keep stock inventory.
  11. Procure refreshments and stationery.
  12. Support the team in ad hoc projects, e.g., roadshows.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, with a sense of commitment and responsibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
