Roles & Responsibilities
- Receptionist duties, handle walk-ins, calls, and emails; reply to email inquiries.
- Handle Home Maintenance Service (simple handyman work) - manage inquiries, admin paperwork, and compile statistics.
- Outreach to smaller flat types for Home Maintenance Service.
- Coordinate logistics - arranging tables and chairs for workshops and talks.
- Process all programme inquiries.
- Liaise with senior beneficiaries.
- Volunteer management.
- Compile statistics and prepare monthly programme reports.
- Write meeting minutes.
- Maintain premises cleanliness and keep stock inventory.
- Procure refreshments and stationery.
- Support the team in ad hoc projects, e.g., roadshows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, with a sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- O Level or equivalent qualification.
