Responsibilities
- Answer the main line, divert calls to Internal staff, take messages when required
- Support FOH meetings and events
- Responsible for day-to-day facilities activities
- Manage all facilities vendors, cleaning, office supplies, minor repair, and maintenance
- Manage and track all preventive maintenance plans; follow up on reports and tracking
- Order and maintain the inventory of all office and pantry supplies; match delivery with order and check vendor invoices
- Liaise with building management for any building requests
- Support health and safety roles such as first aid and fire warden; coordinate building evacuations
- Support the moves and facilities setup for the new office
- Work closely with the Project team and provide feedback on office requirements
