Overview

We are seeking friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk support, ensuring a welcoming & efficient experience for our clients and staff. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients & visitors with a warm & professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Process client payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries in accordance with company policies.
  • Facility management: ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable, and handle any maintenance or supply needs.
  • Assist fellow outlet colleagues with scheduling, client information, and other administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to privacy regulations.
Qualifications
  • Candidate may be required to work on weekends and retail hours, 6 days off per month
  • Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role is preferred, ideally in a wellness or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with scheduling or management software is desirable.
  • A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Diploma or equivalent; qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
