As the first point of contact for the department, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, calm and professional environment for visitors and staff. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing essential administrative and facility support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Desk Management
  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Address inquiries about services and direct visitors accordingly.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Handle deliveries and efficiently distribute correspondence.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with maintaining staff contact list and client records in line with confidentiality policies.
  • Coordinate staff appointments and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with meeting room setups whenever required.
Facility Management
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Monitor office equipment and arrange for maintenance when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • GCE "O" Level or NITEC in Business Admin Services or other relevant qualifications.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
