Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staffs in a professional manner.
  • Manage calls, emails, mail, courier, and front-desk activities.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).
  • Assist in document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and internal communications.
  • Support procurement of office supplies, liaise with vendors/service providers and maintain inventory.
  • Handle basic reporting and administrative follow-up for assigned departments.
  • Perform routine maintenance task to ensure the safety and functionality of the office environment
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Comfortable with performing physical tasks related to facility maintenance.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Higher NITEC/ Diploma/Degree in Management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in reception or administrative support is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
