Real Estate Sales Manager

    As a highly accomplished real estate professional, you will be joining our Residential Services team with a focus on luxury property sales in South Delhi. Your role will involve independently driving business development, managing premium transactions, and providing end-to-end support to high-value clients. You will lead high-value residential sales assignments across South Delhi, acquiring and managing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will execute transaction strategies from prospecting to closing while maintaining market intelligence and competitive insights.The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in luxury residential property sales, with extensive knowledge of the South Delhi market. Strong client servicing and business development skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Demonstrated revenue generation, sales leadership, and a stable career progression in the relevant industry are key requirements for this role.Preference will be given to candidates with IPC experience, a background in luxury real estate firms such as DLF, Colliers, or Zege Consulting, as well as experience in premium hospitality, concierge services, private banking, wealth management, or high-value lifestyle sales. Local candidates from Delhi NCR/Gurgaon are highly preferred for this individual contributor role, reporting to the MD of Residential Services.,
