Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience or exceptionally qualified fresh graduate.
• Prior R&D experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and synthesize new molecules and materials.
• Participate in process development and optimization for ongoing projects.
• Provide technical support across R&D initiatives.
