A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to coordinate with subcontractors, attend meetings, and prepare cost estimations. The ideal applicant should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Civil Engineering sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. Bilingual candidates are preferred, and various tasks will be assigned by the director based on project needs.

Need to follow director to the construction site, to reply emails and coordinate with subcontractors, architects and engineers for the director
Need to attend the meeting and able to do meeting minute.
Prepare meeting agendas, collate relevant materials, and take accurate minutes to document discussions, action items, and decisions.
Prepare and follow up sales quotation
Follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meetings, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned.
Rozuk mass quantity take off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, and specifications
Sourcing out of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors’ quotations
Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous
Good communication and negotiation skills
Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure
Candidate must આપ possesses Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience in Civil Engineering industry.
Preferably bilingual.
