Job summary

A leading construction services firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts and oversee project activities. The ideal candidate will perform a full spectrum of duties and lead the QS team throughout different phases of project execution. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required for this role, which offers a competitive salary between $2800 and $3200. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

• At least 1 Year of Quantity Surveyor working experience.

Job Description

• To perform the full spectrum of duties required of as a quantity surveyor
• To be in control and responsible for the management of all contracts/sub‑contracts activities including, meeting project budget, ensuring profitability, terms and conditions of the contract/sub‑contract, scheduling procurement activities to meet project deadlines.
• To oversee, lead and manage the QS team for the overall direction, coordination and execution of the projects from tender development to inception of construction to final completion of the Projects.
• To oversee, lead and manage the purchase team for the overall direction, development to inception of construction to final completion of the project.
