Job summary

A construction firm based in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to handle responsibilities such as tender preparation, supplier negotiations, and monthly claims submissions. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess good costing knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office and architectural software. Responsibilities

• Prepare tender BQ costing and submissions.
• Attend tender interviews and meetings.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
• Liaise with contractors and project teams on-site.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress payments.
• Prepare variation orders and settle final accounts.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
